What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Good morning,
I might have 2 minutes to actually post today. We are slammed at work this time of year and the accountant has been on vacation so I'm super busy.
Weekend was OK, did not sleep at all Friday night. Was awake for 26 hours straight, finally fell asleep for 1/2 hr sat a.m. at 7:00. Needless to say not much was accomplished on Saturday other than getting my hair done and making dinner. I slept through 11 hours straight Saturday night. I still haven't caught up.
QOTD: BBQ or Onion flavored potato chips and cake. I cannot be trusted at all if they are there. It is very difficult as hubby and dd don't have the same issues I do. So occasionally the bbq or onion chips are there and I have given in. Regular chips I can do without!

Good morning Everyone!
Another busy weekend in the books. Taking my car in today to get the hail damage repaired - FINALLY! We had a storm come through when we were in Key West in late August... nothing like procrastinating to the end!
QOTD: I LOVE chips and dip, and I can't trust myself to NOT eat the entire bag. They make me anxious sitting there in their bag, with me knowing they won't last long, because they'll go bad, so SOMEONE MUST eat them quickly! Sweets... I know as long as I don't taste them, I'm OK. I don't crave them like I do salty crunchy things (I still haven't gone to a movie theater, because popcorn with TONS of movie butter is something I cannot be around - like literally!)... but I don't want to eat any sweets because of the dumping thing. I had something very similar to 'dumping syndrome' when I was doing very low carb for about 2 years, so I'm convinced that I'll be a dumper.
B: Protein bar
L: leftover shrimp and asparagus
D: Chicken thigs
S: Protein shake

I've never cared too much about going to the movies. I rather watch them at home. I've always been that way. Well, here lately I've been asking my husband to go see a movie! Deep down it's because I want the popcorn!!!! I think my husband knows what I'm up to LOL!

Good Morning! Wishing I had taken today off after my run yesterday. I am doing fine just tired and would love some more relaxation.
QOTD: I prefer to keep things like hostess donuts and that type of thing out of the house. We have had donuts and pastries in the house for John and Em and I have been able to steer clear. I can understand needing to keep the birthday cake away!

I'm crazy impressed with your race time. Wow! I hope you get some rest tonight.
Also the chicken sausage sounds yummy. Where did you find it?
