Can I have Jello Sugar Free, Pudding?
I use the pudding mix with either high protein milk or a mix of greek plain nf yogurt and water with no problem. I am just now making a batch of pumpkin pie ice cream with the vanilla pudding mix and Torani sf pumpkin pie syrup, greek yogurt and the fairlife milk. So good. However, I do not know if it would make you dump, I think I probably do not dump. Try a bite or two...
Too many sugar alcohols will make anyone sick, WLS or not. But it is not dumping. That only happens with real sugar.
Make your own from dry mix. No sugar alcohols. Then add protein powder. It's pretty much empty calories without the protein powder.

It's the Jello sugar free, fat free pudding mix. I mixed it with skim milk, and added a scoop or two of chocolate protein powder in. Very tasty, lots of protein while I was on the puree and soft food stages. It won't keep overnight yhough. After a day it starts to separate. So make fresh if you can.

Oh I thought you had developed some great recipe for making your own sugar free pudding mix. How disappointing ;)

my post op plan had SF jello as well. I didn't eat it a lot but when I did my Centre asked us to put unflavoured protein powered in it, I think I used 1 or 2 tbsps and mixed it well, any opportunity to get protein in your foods by mixing unflavoured powder in do!
Try it at home to see how you react first. Good luck. Its a nice treat from all the liquids and soft foods.
