Can I have Jello Sugar Free, Pudding?
Love the idea of fudgsicles! I mixed my sugar free pudding with a scoop of unflavoured protein powder today and found it nice. Will try fudgsicles next! Nov 2nd was surgery date so trying everything now just to make sure I get that protein in ?

I'm not actually hungry at all so forcing myself to eat. I'm picking between the following trying to put a scoop of protein powder in things to get to a minimum of 60 grams
oikos plain yogurt 2%, scoop of protein and a tsp of ed smith sugar free strawberry jam
cream of wheat made with skim milk, sometimes protein powder
container of unsweetened applesauce with scoop of protein powder
sugar free chocolate or vanilla pudding cup with scoop of protein poeder
cream of mushroom soup, cream of broccoli or cream of chicken make with skim. Usually 1/4 of can with 1/4 or skim milk, blended to make super smooth. I've tried protein powder in it but didn't like
thats about all I've ventured for so far. I have three of those with the scoop of protein a day and one other like the soup.
Only have been getting in 48 ounces of water so need to get that up to 64 in the next day ortwo
what have you tried Kat?

Good for you! I've been trying to get my protien up... Having a hard time with this tho. I've tried cream of tomato and cream of potato soups with added unflavoured protien. Also made some soupey mashed potatoes with unflavoured protein powder which wasn't too bad.
I have been eating apple sauce, no fat vanilla Greek yogurt, broth, water, koolaid/iced tea/tang flavourings in my water (plain water doesn't sit well).
I made some protien enriched pudding pops which consisted of 1 cup 1%milk, 4 tbsp skim milk powder, 1 scoop protien powder (chocolate) and 2 tbsp chocolate Jello sf instant pudding. This makes two servings of pudding overall with 39g of protien (in total). I find this is my new favourite. I can munch on the pops throughout the day. Use half for pops and half as pudding. ??
I really do need to try those pops. I think it might be easier to have the protein in them. I really am enjoying the more savoury flavours and find that mixing the unflavoured protein powder adds a bit of sweetness I don't seem to enjoy as much right now. I think that's optifast reminents! Lol

Use it to make protein pudding... http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2016/03/grass hopper-pie-premier-protein-pudding.html it spread it out into 6 or more if you make them smaller.
Oh it's the little cups... bummer... well... add some Greek yogurt and make some frozen drops add them to your protein shake or eat them on their own. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2013/01/high- protein-greek-yogurt-cubes.html
