Not Drinking Fluids With Meals
I literally feel ill if I drink too soon. I have to physically wait 45 minutes or more or it wouldn't be pretty ;) As you move forward in your eating to solids just be sure whatever you have is (forgive me everyone I hate the word too) moist... and watch spicy foods because you will want a drink for sure.
I use a lot of Greek yogurt based dips for meats... the added bonus is more protein in the meal. Ex. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2008/03/beef- its-whats-for-dinner.html
When I eat I am not able to have my drinks around me. It is too easy to take a sip here and take a sip there. I set my timer on my phone for 35 minutes after my last bite is taken and chewed up. My family is great about helping to remind me "mama you do not need your drink over here right now" It does get easier as you get further out. Stay strong.
