Stalls :(
Keep doing What you doing.... You body is taking a break... Chill... You most likely are losing inches...
Breathe... And make sure you are not constipated. I can "lose" 1-2 lbs in the morning...and I do go very regularly...

A lot of people lose in a stair step pattern. Stall for a couple of weeks, lose a bunch, stall for a couple of weeks, lose a bunch, etc. Most likely this is what you will do.
You know what weighing your food does? It gives you peace of mind. If you know, absolutely, you are eating X amount of calories, you can be certain the stall is temporary and you'll keep losing. If you don't weigh your food, that voice in the back of your head will always nag you that you might be eating too much. Silence that voice by weighing your food.

I have also had a stall and understand your frustration. I have tried lots of meat protein but my go to is pork roast and beef roast in the crock pot. By cooking it low and slow for a long period of time the meat breaks down and is easy to digest. I still chew each bite 25 times but it's much easier.
I also purchased some baggies that are marked in ounces. I put the leftovers in 4 oz packages and freeze them. That way I don't feel like I'm eating the same thing everyday.
Some of my other favorites are scrambled egg with cheese, mini turkey meatloaf muffins, turkey chili and ricotta bake. Just freeze leftovers in small packages and keep changing it up so you don't get bored.
Good Luck. You got this girl!
