What's on your Menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Morning DD2. I want to go to The Keg!!!
About the only thing I have established routines for is WLS. I log everything. The good, the bad, and the ugly. That's my routine. Other than that, my life is random. I used to have a super, super strict daily routine. Maybe because of that I now live more chaotically. But by the end of the week, or month, it all averages out. My activity, my calories, my sleep -- you name it.
Here is what makes me happy:

Good morning friends! It's Friday, thank goodness. I for one, will be glad for this week to be done and over. Tomorrow is my 20th class reunion, which seems to be less of a big deal since FB, but I'm still looking forward to it. A birthday party and also a hayride to go to this weekend, so should be fun.
QOTD: Daisy, my routine is MUCH like yours. I weigh first thing every morning, I plan my meals the day before in MFP. What I'm bad about is prepping my food the night before, which is a huge help in the mornings, just some nights I'm exhausted and put it off.
B- can of chunk light tuna with melted sharp american
L- not sure today, didn't pack (guilty!)
D- chicken thighs
S- probably hot premier protein
No totals since I don't know about lunch but it will be protein forward.
Slammed at work today, so no time for a pic, but you all have a super-fantastic day and great weekends!
