Good morning Daisy and the menu crew!

Daisy - lovely picture of your grandmother! And i definitely see a family resemblance as well!

Great plans for the weekend! Us, no big plans. Just relaxing and probably cleaning the house a bit as usual. My husband bought a 4k TV that's supposed to deliver saturday (he's such a technology nut) so we have to be home for that.

QOTD: I do have my routine pretty much down on the weekends. I wake up arounc 530ish am take my synthroid, birth control & BP pills, and do my 15 min of cardio and end with a 7 min yoga stretch. I get both my food for the day and my son's food ready and load the car with our stuff, and then go upstairs, get him ready, drop him off at the sitters, and get to work. As i drive i actually have my snack (protien shake) and my morning vitamins (multi, biotin, b12, calcium chew). I get to work, put my stuff down, and walk another 15 min, and then I eat by the clock, get more vitamins and water in through the day. At night after dinner, and talking to my husband and spending tim with him and our little boy, i have my water, the last of my vitamins, colace and metamucil. I find its harder on the weekends because there is no set schedule, so I end up running behind on my meals and vitamins and then its arleady 6pm. I'm still learning!

This is my little buddy as batman last week for halloween! I am absolutely in love with my son.
