Good morning and happy Friday everyone!
QOTD: My WLS routine is very similar to yours, Daisey. It's the only way I can stay on track.
As for my Friday Photo... well, I guess I'm taking this week's scheduled theme to the next level! I've had this picture for about a month now, but could find no tactful way to share it with anyone, cuz it's of my butt!!! (Don't worry I'm fully clothed - LOL.) I hope y'all don't find this too inappropriate, but the theme DID say, ANYTHING that makes us happy. So, here's my story.
When I first hit my lowest weight (19 pounds below goal) I was happy, but I thought maybe I was a little too thin because I was uncomfortable all over. The bones in my feet hurt when barefoot, and holy moly - sitting was painful (sitting on hard surfaces was impossible)... my butt bones were so sore all the time. I looked disproportioned and none of my clothes felt right.
But I had read over and over here that the weight redistributes itself over time, and - you guys were right! I'm still within 4 pounds of my lowest weight, but I've filled out in all the places that were hurting - shoulders, cheek bones, feet and especially the old gluteus maximus. I'm no longer the "melting candle", and I didn't have to gain any weight back to feel better.
So, sorry about this, but here's my butt shot! It actually feels normal now, no more pain while sitting at my desk all day, and my pants fit much better - wu-hooo! So, c'mon ladies... anyone else got a butt-shot they're happy about? (Don't leave me hangin' here! LOL)

Phew I have been trying to post in here for a couple of hours and it just wouldn't let me!
I am a routine person, I get up turn the coffee pot on, go pee, jump in the shower, get out and hop on the scale, throw a bathrobe on and go out and have my first cup of coffee. I do my vitamins on a timer, I exercise after my first cup of coffee. I have always been a creature of habit..lol
