Good morning menu gang,
QOTD I have a routine, after getting up i drink two bottles of water and might have coffee. Take my meds and eat breakfast. Get dressed. Drink water, bunch of tea and crystal light. I take my calcium and eat lunch. I usually do my exercise. Drink more water and bunch of coffee. Take vitamins and eat dinner. Drink more water then have my snack. If it isnt too late i might have another bottle of water.

Happy Friday Daisy and menu friends , I love the keg best steak ever . Happy birthday to your MIL . I love the picture of your grandmother and your fortunate to have wonderful memories of her . All of my favorite childhood memories include my grandparents . Boy I miss them .
So excited today , our local radio station is having their annual birthday bash . Only way to get in is to win tickets . Grand prize is 200 , 000 . Bought a new dress , looking forward to dressing up . My dress is a large and I tried it on for my cousin to see last night and bless her heart she thought it might be a bit to big .
QOTD : I definitely am settleing in to a routine . I think having a plan is key to success . Having a list of the foods you need to buy . Preparing a menu . Weighing , measuring food , weighing myself daily . I'll be 5 months out on Sunday , when I first came home I was so overwhelmed and didn't know how I would ever find a routine that would work for me . I kept coming here and reading several times a day . I slowly started putting to practice what I was learning and I'm happy to say all the hard work is so worth it and my new normal is becoming routine .
