Good morning I got up early this morning. I have a lot to do around the house. I have been in procrastinator mode. Haven't felt like doing anything. Today is a new day.
My center never said anything about the honeymoon period. I learned it from here.
My weight loss slowed down when I started drinking again. I lost pretty fast then came to a halt. I hate bringing this up but it is true. I know I could have lost more in the honeymoon period. Now I just am losing slowly. That is okay. I am not drinking and not eating crap.

L:Hard boiled egg
D:Not sure it is our 26th anniversary we will be going out. I may do steak.
S:Yogurt cheese stick.
