Two-derland?

I am so psyched! My weight now starts with a two, the first time in ten years I can say that :)

i had my follow up dietitian appointment today, got advanced to soft foods and was actually happy with the scale!

How exciting for you!!! I have no doubt that had I waited much longer for surgery, I would have seen a 3 at the beginning of my weight!

You are doing a terrific job, and you WILL see the 1 again too!!

So happy for you!! I crossed that bridge today and am beyond thrilled. I think it's been about 10 years for me too. I'd say continued good luck but it isn't luck that got you here, it's your hard work. May the wind be beneath your wings on the way to One-derland!
