Transitioning to pureed foods this week - what were your favorites?
I bet salmon pureed with cream cheese is divine! (and a great dip too!)

Because I have a texture thing about my food, I was really worried about the pureed stage. It actually went pretty well. One of my surprising favorites was chicken breasts baked in chicken broth (to keep it moist) and seasoned with Mrs. Dash. Blend the cooked chicken with a little more broth until the consistency of pudding. It has great flavor and really satisfied my need for more than just yogurt or cottage cheese. Good luck!!
