I bet salmon pureed with cream cheese is divine! (and a great dip too!)

Ooh, the salmon sounds good. My brother in AK sent me some smoked salmon. Puree that with cream cheese, sounds good!

Because I have a texture thing about my food, I was really worried about the pureed stage.  It actually went pretty well.  One of my surprising favorites was chicken breasts baked in chicken broth (to keep it moist) and seasoned with Mrs. Dash.  Blend the cooked chicken with a little more broth until the consistency of pudding.  It has great flavor and really satisfied my need for more than just yogurt or cottage cheese.  Good luck!!

I like chicken and can get creative with spices. This sounds like something that would be good. Any particular Mrs. Dash that is a favorite with you?
