What's on your Menu today (Spooky Monday) RNYers?
Thanks, Daisy! Saralisa had fun at her party - she was out until 3 am! She is very responsible, though and only had one drink. I will probably put out a bowl of candy outside with a sign that says, "Help yourselves" and stay inside with the dogs since they bark at the kids trick or treating and Blossom is afraid of strangers. I hope you & Arun and Amy & Oliver have fun tonight with the Trick or Treaters at your house!
Good morning & Happy Halloween!
QOTD: Nothing yet. I am more active and trying to take a walk twice a day, but really never even get 10,000 steps in due to sitting on my butt all day in front of my computer. I went to hot yoga a couple of times, but it is only offered at 5am and then 7am, I have to be at work at 7:30, but have to be home with my kiddos until 6:30 since Jason works nights now (to get them up for school). If I exercise after work, I will miss their sports stuff in the afternoons, I know I could make time on their "off days", it's just got to become important to me.
B- irish tea w/SF creamer, 1 egg, spinach, onions & mozz
L- 3 oz chicken, spinach, cojita, greek yogurt & guac, salsa
D- unsure, probably a hot dog, not great
S- 4 oz ****tail shrimp w/sauce
Totals- not sure yet
**PSA here: Premier protein chocolate warmed up with cinnamon in it is the BOMB DIGGITY. Just like hot chocolate. Now no one ruin my day by telling me it destroys the protein or some such if I nuke it. I had it last night while we watched TWD and it was awesome.

You are such a busy lady Chassibi, full time work, a big family, hubby works nights, I get how its hard to find time for formal exercise. But at least you are trying and that is awesome!
I don't like Premier Protien, I had bought a bunch pre surgery and liked them and then post surgery when my taste buds changed I could not stomach them, hubby had to drink them all for me! But I have heard others say that they heat it up as well for a "hot chocolate" drink.
Hope you and the kiddo's have fun tonight Trick or Treating!
You look awesome as "Rosie" the bandanna tied at the top of your head makes it perfect!
