I weigh and record every day.  I am 20 months out.  I have set a 5 pound range.  if i get to close to the top it helps me to know right away and i can adjust my eating.

I weigh daily, however after the first 3 weeks I started charting it weekly so I didn't get discouraged.  Its helps to see that even if it is not going down daily, it is going down weekly. (At least for now)

I weigh daily unless I'm not at home. I'm finding that I can have a bad day and gain a pound and I can have a good day and lose a pound. I need to mentally in the game on the daily basis because at the end of a week, I could have easily lied to myself and packed on five pounds or more. And it is harder to take it off. I still love seeing that scale dropping. I'm not so bothered by a stall at this point as I'm close to goal and pretty happy with how I feel and how I can move and how my clothing fits at this point. But I know if I pretend I know what a serving size looks like or talk myself into believing that an extra few bites doesn't matter, that scale will b'tch slap me into submission in the morning. And that's a good thing.

Looks like I'm going to go against almost every person on this thread lol! I started with weighing every single day at the beginning but it was seriously making me obsessive. If I had any fluctuation up I would freak out and obsess over it and start weighing multiple times a day which was just not healthy for me - I have an addictive personality when it comes to things like this.

So I took a step back and decided for me it was healthier to weigh every Monday. I stay within a certain calorie amount every day and never go over it. I will say I have only had maybe 2 or 3 weeks over the last 20 months where I didn't lose - on those weeks I did weigh 2 or 3 times throughout that next week to make sure I was getting back on track. I'm pretty sure I'll continue to weigh myself on Monday mornings for the rest of my life for accountability. I need it to remind myself what I need to do for the week food wise.

Practically every darn day. I wish my weight was coming off faster - I just have to keep checking to see if the scale is moving lower...
