oh wow!  Small world!  My husband grew up in Queens (Flushing), but they moved to New Jersey when he was in high school- but they spent every holiday up in Worcester.  We love Massachusetts - my husband often says if he didn't live here, he'd live in the Boston area.  I agree!!

I haven't forgotten! I am looking forward to it...will still have my rental car as they say my car won't be ready until Nov 7th.

As I re-read my post I was thinking this might have actually been the best morning ever- bath-Valium-coffee-bed.... now if I could have that morning minus the pain....

Hi everyone! It's probably the only time of the week where there aren't a zillion views & a couple hundred posts by now. lol

I think its sweet that Grimm breaks his "rules" for you. He wants to see to your comfort first which makes him a snuggly teddy bear in my book.

QOTD: I live in an apartment so I can't control the heat sadly enough. I like the heat but sometimes they send up way too much. I either have to turn it off & sleep under comforters, or cover up the vent & put on the ac, in winter!

Breakfast Orgain protein drink, eggs n cheese

Lunch Mahi fish patty

Dinner Chicken burger

Snacks Quest shake/chips, moon cheese, powdered pb

Hello Everyone

I went back to work last Wednesday after being out for six weeks, and I have to say it kicked my butt.  I have never been so tiered.  I'm so glad I did not start back on a Monday.

QOTD

I HATE to be cold, so no rules in my house.  I think my heat has been on since Sept   I would rather pay the gas bill than be cold.  I also have a 4.5 lb York is that hates to be cold as well.  Because of the dog we go to work for the day and will leave the heat/ac on all day for him. The baby has to be comfortable. he runs the house. lol

Food

B  Premit protein shake

L   2 pcs bacon

D   roast pork 1 to 2 oz

S cheddar cheese

Good morning. Here's my first real menu post. I'm 5 days post op, so today translations to full liquid. I am so, so excited. It's been 8 weeks since I've had anything beyond shakes, broth or raw vegetables.

B .25 cup thinned protein oatmeal that I put in food processor.  .25 cup Light and Fit Greek yogurt Banana Cream

S  Post op shake

L same as breakfast

S   Post op shake

D  .25 cup Strained cream of chicken soup.  .25 cup protein chocolate pudding

S  Post op shake

I got protein oatmeal from bariatric pal and pudding from netrition.  So far things going pretty good.  urine is a little dark, so I'll push more water today.

QOTD  whenever my wife gets cold.  The first time was a couple weeks ago when we had morning temps in the mid 30's
