Good Morning Everyone!

QOTD:  No hard fast rules.  We turn it on if it gets cold in the house.  I get cold easier now than I did with more weight padding me.  This Autumn has been so unseasonably warm, though, that we haven't needed the heat on except for a couple times.

B:  Crepe w/ cream cheese, cool whip

L:  Lettuce, spinach, 2 h.b. eggs, cheese, bacon, light mayo

D:  Chili cheese dog

S:  Light n Fit strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt

S:  Moon cheese or Mr. Cheese O's

Exercise:  Walking the dogs.

Have a FANTASTIC day, everyone!

Morning!! I've been in my run, breakfast is done, laundry started, dinner prepped and we're at an open house for high school. W have two open houses today- busy times.

QOTD: haven't turned in my heat yet. I like  I have a month or two of breathing room between the high electric bill from the Air conditioner. Ideally I'd like to be able to keep it off until Thanksgiving. We have heated blankets, snuggies, and space heaters to hold us over as long as we can.

I am back in bed, took an epsom salt bath, valium and coffee.... woke up tnis AM  even after taking percoset last night feeling like I got hit by a truck. Oh yeah I did get hit by a truck/SUV and a car.

QOTD: my heat is on, but set low so it only kicks in if it really drops low at night. Or sometimes I'll just turn it on briefly to 'get the chill out'

My weight is not in my happy place for maintenance either. 172 is above my wanting to stay in the 160's. My preffered place is 163-167. Basically +/- 165. It may seem like splitting hairs to some as I am still at a very normal weight. But we all know it is a slippery slope if you keep gaining 2-3 lbs with every special event or time away. Usually I easily bounce back.down.....but that doesn't seem to be happening. So the re-evaluation continues.

1: coffee latte Fairlife/miralax.  eggs, bacon, cheese

2: turkey melted swiss

3: beef stew, mashed cauli, carrots

Snacks: greek yogurt, syntrax fuzzy navel, pb on spoon

Ex: rest

I wish I lived on the East coast so I could meet all you guys!  Although my mother-in-law lives in New Jersey (about 20 miles from midtown Manhattan) and my late father-in-law's family is from in and around Worcester, Massachusetts - so next time I'm out that way visiting, WATCH OUT!!
