K just made ice cream for my birthday breakfast  

Posted it on the recipe forum BUT:

1 container Premier Protein chocolate shake

1 container Oikos Triple Zero Salted caramel yogurt

2 scoops Click espresso protein powder

1 cup Fairlife ff milk

Put in blender, blend until frothy.  Freeze in your new ice cream maker that is so fast and quiet.

Calories: 60 per 1/2 cup serving.  9 grams protein, 4 grams carbs, less than 1 gram fat

I added a tablespoon of sf blackberry jam for another 10 calories.

I make yogurt bark. Just spread the yogurt with usually added blueberries onto parchment paper and let it freeze. Break it up and leave in freezer for a great snack.
