What's on your Menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
I can see the cracker thing. They told me at my last visit I could have crackers. So, I haven't planned them much except a few triscuits...those don't trigger anything. But the "permission" tripped something, I keep finding myself snitching my kids cheezeits. I've just got to not buy them. They don't need them either!

Good Morning All. I work from home on Wednesdays and normally I use the day to tidy up and run errands and of course work, however yesterday I was just worn down and I didn't do a damn thing and it felt amazing. I think I needed a re-charge day I feel so full of energy today.

Just satisfy my mind. Is it just a hot dog with chili and cheese melted over it? I wanted a Wienerschnitzel dog right after surgery. Finally, when I got to the soft diet I made a turkey hot dog with some turkey chili and some lowfat cheese melted over. Definitely NOT a Wienerschnitzel chili cheese dog. Damn.
Otherwise you are too far away. But maybe not.
