It's a full time job figuring out the diet!

It does feel like a full time job, when to drink, when to eat (when you can), when to take vitamins. You'll do great! Congrats!!

Congrats! It does feel like a job & it can be overwhelming sometimes, but it does get better. Sip, sip, sip, walk, walk walk. Repeat often.

Congratulations.

This is a lot of time and work at first but it gets easier. Use this time to set yourself up for future success. For example, I put a lot of time into entering foods into Myfitnesspal in the early months. But now it takes about 3 minutes per day to weigh and log all my food. But it has help immensely.

Keep working! Drink, drink, drink!
