my dogs love the cold and snow and I usually have to beg them to come in LOL What kind of dogs do you have?
I didn't know you had been here a long time, on the one hand that is great but sad that it was so negative & mean that you had to leave, that really sucks! I am glad you are part of our menu family and support group, thanks Pat!
I see you are a hot sauce girl too on your chicken, its great right! I remember eating a lot of homemade cheese crisps early post op, it was great to have that "crunch" in replace of a cracker.
Great menu, great stats! Good luck on your post op visit today!!
hey yall
busy day up ahead. DH FORCED me to go jogging after work last night. I ideally wanted a nap but that would have led to a night of bad sleep and I have a zombie 5k this Saturday that I have to go to. I ended up only running 1 mile and walking the other mile, but I'm ok with that and the walk was SOO NICE! I might switch up my jogging while it is nice outside like this and just walk.
We are chicken sitting again this week, they are starting to follow us around- and producing 6 eggs a day! yippie I'm swimming in farm eggs and so happy with it!
Plans for today were to go to grocery after work but I'm going to hold out till payday I think. Also, I have a little jewelry show on saturday at the yoga place. I make these aromatherapy bracelets and necklaces you put the oils on and the owner said I could sell them sat so I need to design a few more and need supplies so I suppose I will be going to the store to get more materials instead. It takes precedence and I want my items to be banging - lol...
Food was good yesterday, I ALMOST went for an adkins PB cup for 80 calories near the end of the night and instead had a decaf with 1/4 cup of almond milk unsweetened. 7.5 calories instead of 80- WIN
Today I'm having b: protein pancakes, decf, almond milk, L: tuna maybe?, D: DH wants mexican so I might have their taco salad no shell no dressing.
QOTD: don't know why I always forget it- I came here because people told the truth and didn't sugar coat it. There was another site I visited at the same time and the people on there seemed so clueless about their surgery and were giving out crap advise. So I decided this was the place for me. I get so much more out of this than my monthly support group.

I laughed out loud at hubby made you job last night. And you have a Zombie run this weekend, ummmmm awesome! I must see pics!!
Looks like your neighbors chickens are loving you!! Egg salad and deviled eggs for days! LOL
I think if you are going to have a "treat" go for the full on Reeses' Peanut Butter cup LOL LOL But glad you didn't! I love taco's and never think to make a taco salad, I need to put that in my rotation!!

If you or Peach want to do your own post outside of the menu thread with the crock pot recipes please go ahead. Since this is the menu thread I am going to stick to my original plan and have people post it on this thread on Friday.
I appreciate that the menu thread is busy and we have a lot people responding but that's exactly why its so great!
