What's on the Menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Grim, you are one of the reasons I stuck with OH. When I was a new sleever, I tried to follow the advice of those who appeared successful, "get it" and were willing to help without being too, for lack of a better word, militant. Since I've been around more, and have faced the problems I did, you were always the voice of reason and there to talk me down from the ledge! When you look up "support group" in the dictionary, there should be a picture of every one on this thread. I you all!
I did the same thing. I latched on to a few really successful vets that I respected, and paid close attention to their experience and advice.

Well, I got a bit attached to you when I found out that you dust with a leaf blower. Oh and your advice, too. (But really the leaf blower).

Morning friends! I'm home from surgery. Thanks for all your kind words yesterday! I'm doing fine. I definitely feel like someone cut up my insides, but I'm drinking coffee in bed (my favorite pastime), so all is well.
Yesterday, I only had a yogurt and water all day. I don't really have a plan for today. I'm pretty sure I'll have more than I did yesterday, but I can't say I'm hungry, so I'm not going to force it. I did get the ingredients for protein pumpkin ice cream, so maybe I'll try that recipe :)
Have a great day!

So glad you are home and resting. Be a good patient and rest (I know you, you will be on your work laptop and work phone, get some rest!) LOL LOL
I am having a small pouch week, last week I wanted to eat the world, this week I am not even eating all my food I planned for the day, tis weird right? I can't speak for the men out there but for me I am pretty sure its hormonal.
Protein Pumpkin Ice cream? YUMMMMM Take a pic please so I can live vicariously through the computer LOL
Feel better girl!
I go through the same things. Some days and weeks I can eat very little. Others, I want to eat all the food.
