D: 2oz tuna and light mayo

Hi - I am at a 5 pound regain. High weight was 276, weigh 169 this morning up from 164. I am officially and have been out of control so I want back into the success fold if you will...
Today my plan is:
B - 2 protein muffins 20 pro and 150 calories
S - protein shake - 35 pro and 160 calories
L - 2 0z Sliced ham with pickles - 7 protein and 150 calories
S - cheese crisps and pepperoni slices - have to look that up but maybe 7 protein and 100 calories
D - Pulled pork 4 oz with salad and guacamole dressing - 28 protein and 300 calories
S - protein shake - 35 pro and 160 calories
1020 Calories and 132 protein
Walk 5 minutes (hoping for more) but a tiny goal for day one
