Thank you, I do take all my vitamins as required for my RNY, whi*****ludes a Multi with Iron 2x a day, B12 sublingual, Calcium Citrate 3x a day, and Biotin. I am only 8 weeks out and my team does level lab checks every 6 months. My PCP did one recently and I see her tomorrow.

I really wouldn't count out hormone spikes. I started at nearly 400 pounds and there were times when I'd just get a big ole flood of them. Crying,anxiety,sadness,anger,..oh you know, all sorts of fun stuff!

I hope you feel relief soon.

I don't have anxiety so I can't offer you and advice but I did want to pop in and say I am proud of you for reaching out to this community and being honest with yourself (and us) that you are having some issues.  We all get it and I think you got some awesome answers from the others.

My Mom suffers from terrible anxiety and massive panic attacks, she has been on medication her whole life, I have had to take her to the hospital when she was having a massive panic attack, I know how hard and scary and debilitating it can be.  And I just want to send you lots of love and support and I hope you can find something that works for you. I think you are doing all the right things.

Take care of yourself!

lots of good advice here. also, don't underestimate the power of not having food to cope. for me, food was always the best anxiety soother. after WLS, i didn't have that anymore and needed to find new ways. it can be rough sometimes, but you'll get there!
