What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
So I totally responded to you earlier, and I THOUGHT it went through!!! Grrrrrr....
I'm looking forward to your recipe! We have an aunt that married into the family that is Fillipino! She's the best cook ever, and I have THREE gallon baggies of Lumpas in my freezer that I refuse to cook since I don't want to eat them right now! LOLOL

Yes! I'll definitely post it. I do have a bag of Lumpia in my freezer, which I may just give away had have someone else fry and eat. Its sad I cant have it.
Can't people dump on fried stuff too? Ugh, so not worth it.

I THINK dumping only occurs with sugars... but some people have a reaction to oily things, and it goes right through them... I've eaten high in fats proteins, and I'm OK I think... of course, getting things to go through me is a challenge, so if it did that to me, I might be enticed to eat more!

Awesome on using the stairs at work all the time, I love that. What a great feeling!! Great menu Dee!!!!
Hey everyone! Its a great day for sure!
Had free yoga last night, it was sooo good! Really wish I had the extra cash to do unlimited per month but $100 is just too steep even though i love it.
scale finally moved and I'm so close to goal.
QOTD: I would say SHOPPING I do with ease- lol! When we were camping we ventured to this thrift store and i found this suede skirt from the 1960'70's and i FELL in LOVE! It is the mid calf length and so awesome. So i tried this on last night with my brown boots and a cute fall jacket which i will wear in NYC next wednesday when I come up! Can't wait! The second best would be having my picture taken without fear.
Was about 40 calories over yesterday but I'm ok with it.
Food for today:
B: protein pancakes/decaf/miralax/unsweet almond milk
S:
L: leftover ribs/vegetable

Free yoga sounds great. Do they only have one price point? Like $100 a month and that's your only choice, too bad cuz you love it so much!
So glad the scale moved for you, goal is in sight! 1 lb to go is sooo awesome, you got this!
Never thought about how much I enjoy shopping now too, smart girl! AND yes on getting my picture taken, I was always behind the camera taking the pics never in front, now I have no problems, wow so life changing...
Morning DD2!
QOTD: Everything is easier. Nothing really jumps out at me. I think one of the problems with morbid obesity is, you don't just wake up one day unable to do things. It's slow. One extra ounce at a time. Things gradually, slooooooowly get harder. We adjust. We learn tricks to do everything from climbing stairs, getting in and out of our cars, and clipping our toenails. If we were horrible at adjusting, maybe we never would have let ourselves go so badly.
Question for you guys: Julia will be under anesthesia for part of the day. What should I do? I'm thinking I should put her makeup on while she's out. Think bright colors, and lots of it. Maybe a halloween theme!
I'm open to embarrassing suggestions.
