I'm pre-op, so  my answers won't be as awesome as all of yours, and my menu is lacking creativity, so I'm anxious to see all of the crockpot recipes.

QOTD: I've lost 25 lbs over the past 45 days (closer to 26, but I round down. LOL) I had to paint my toenails this morning before work.  I didn't get winded! BONUS!!!

You're doing great! And those pounds you lose pre-surgery stay away just like the ones you lose afterwards! Good job!

Jury duty is super intense for hubby. They are in the thick of it if you will.  Right now one of the Lawyers is sick so he has a few days off from Court but has to go into his regular work on the days he is not in Jury Duty. Its exhausting.  He really likes all the other Juror's, its quite the mix of young & old, men & woman and all different ethic backgrounds so leave it to my social butterfly husband to make "friends" LOL. Thank you for asking Kelly!

The chilli I made is pretty awesome I must say LOL

Oh I totally forgot about shaving my legs! YES how did I forget that.

Dinner sounds good!!

DD2... please keep that snow FAR FAR away from me! It's another warm week here, high in the mid 80's. I was forced (I held my own arm behind my back and winced in pain) to go to Goodwill yesterday and pick up a few short sleeved shirts to get through this 'heat' wave we're having here in Oklahoma... it was painful to go shopping - NOT! LOL

QOTD: I just can't really pinpoint one thing that has changed dramatically... like Grim said, I adjusted my ways of doing things... it wasn't pretty but I could usually still get the job done. Now, hands down, crossing my legs, sitting in a booth or a chair, and curling up on the couch are much easier for sure!

I'm looking forward to this crock pot Friday! I FINALLY opened the Instant Pot that has been sitting in our foyer last night! (Now I just need someone to read the directions and give me a quick synopsis LOL)... I'm excited to get to using it!

Had our Company Physical this morning... if you do it, you save $300/year on insurance. Seems like a no-brainer to me! Here were my stats: (I just wish I had the ones from last year to compare)

Weight - on their scale, dressed... 179 (They subtract 2lbs when they put it on your records, and I weighed, at home 176.6)

Cholesterol - 169 HDL 47 LDL 104 Triglycerides 93

Blood Pressure - 124/80

AIC - 5.0

Body Fat percentage - 39.7

BMI - 29.5

To some people around here, those last two numbers would have them panicking... for me, I'm celebrating! Can't wait to see what next year's numbers look like!

Crossing my legs, I remember when after surgery I was finally able to do it I was in happy tears, I always sit with my legs crossed!

I see Supershoper (Hillary) replied to you and I was going to say she uses her IP all the time, connect with her.

I love that your company does that for the employee's what a great incentive!  Your numbers are great!! Keep up the great work!
