Good morning Menu Friends! How is everyone? It's cold and we are getting this rain/snow mixture this morning as I drove to the subway commuter parking lot at 6am! I did hear on the radio that we might get snow on Friday, hubby and I have appointments booked to get our snow tires on our cars for this weekend!
QOTD: What is something that you do with ease now that pre surgery was extremely hard or near impossible. I have so many that I could say but there is one that stands out for me. It's putting my underwear and dress pants on daily. When I was at my highest weight bending over to put my leg into my underwear or pant leg would cut off my breathing and I would get faint from holding my breath. I carried so much weight around my middle. There were days I would just lie on my bed in tears because the struggle to get dressed to go to work felt overwhelming. Those were dark days for me that's for sure!
Since Fall is here and Winter is around the corner I would like to ask you all to post your favourite Crock Pot recipe for the rest of us for Friday (and your Halloween pics too!!) Please tell us all about the recipe and the exact ingredients in case someone else wants to try it, that's your homework gang lol lol

Good Luck on that interview! Way to go on the pants! I'm also wearing a pair of 14 jeggings today... they need a belt, and are baggy! I'm in between sizes, but very close to a 12! Exciting news!
I love your scarf on you! - but I totally understand how you feel... every time I try to wear something like that I feel like I'm dressing up in someone else's clothes! LOL
