Good canned chili or chili recipe
Google recipe calculator... enter your items (canned versus dried beans, fat content of beef or turkey vs. beef, even brand to brand makes a huge difference) then divide the totals you get by the # of servings (that will obviously vary dramatically as well 7 week post-op, 7 month, 7 year)
Hope this helps... you can do that (and probably the best bet really) to any recipe because I have checked recipes before online and what they claimed were waaaaay off. Better off doing it yourself then ever trusting what you read.

This one is my favorite. You can use any combination of meat you like-- sometimes I get fancy and do it with a mix of pork sausage and veal. Skip the tortilla chips, they're just there to thicken it.
