Small pouch days... are real?
I just got into a groove with my eating... adding meat into most meals, two ounces usually, with some few veggies at lunch and dinner. Suddenly -well last three days - I cannot get dinner in. I am completely full, cannot even contemplate another bite. I have barely enough protein. Is that a thing? Some days you just can't eat the same amount?

It is definitely a real thing. But so are "big" pouch days... So enjoy those small days when you get them!
Early out, especially, it's so important to be prepared to replace that meal with a shake or yogurt or something else that helps you get in your protein without feeling like you are going to bust. It's hard, but really try to keep those protein numbers up!

Yup. Big pouch days too. More people tend to have a small pouch in the morning, but anything can happen.

It's interesting because I rarely feel anything when eating. I have to measure to know when to stop or look for signs like a hiccup or burping. I'm never hungry and never full. I'm assuming that will change but it's quite convenient right now.

I am about 2 weeks ahead of you and this is a recent change for me... I only recently started feeling anything in my new stomach. However I just realized that my inability to eat dinner could correlate with adding vegetables. I might need to stick with protein until I can get it all in...
