I've never seen a brick and mortar store that carried them. Sorry.

Maybe this might explain why brick and mortar store offerings are rare: Two local pharmacies were carrying the BA line but both have stopped saying the minimum order requirement had them stuck with too many unsold, expired products left on the shelf.  

I've seen them in hospital pharmacies of hospital's that do weight loss surgery.
