Two days post RNY
Congratulations!!! So glad you are on the road! First few days were very tough for me, too. But it gets better fast. I am 6 werks out tomorrow and I am feeling so good the farther out I get.
It is amazing, right? I got put onto a regular diet as of Tuesday. Have to go slow... lot of food issues here but I have been trying everything. A few new things that are working for me: roast beef (rare), lox, poached eggs, syntrax protein powder packets (in water rhey make like a fruit juice with not many calories and a huge hit of protein). Sauce on anything is grest (a-1, horseradish, sf ketchup).
I got to have cucumbers today... omg so great to chew something crunchy!
