Oh sleeveless shirts would never happen pre surgery, only if I was in my own house with just my husband and I wore it in the summer time to keep cool, but outside of the house, no way. And OMG Stripes!!! To this day hubby will pick out a top for me at a store and then will quickly put it away and say "oops sorry! forgot no horizontal stripes" which is my OLD rule, I will wear horizontal stripes now but I must say its rare because it makes me think of when I was MO, not a good place to be mentally! So GOOD for you for wearing horizontal stripes now! yay!
Have a good day!
Good Morning All! Enjoying my last warm day before the cold front is suppose to push through tomorrow.
QOTD: I as well dreaded pantyhose, but the thing I couldn't wear or find the most that I'm so excited about are all my boots. I love boots and I couldn't get them over my calfs anymore prior to surgery, now I have problems finding them to stay up. I'm still not a fan of tucking in, but I think that's the way my skin is sitting on my stomach. Hopefully that will get corrected next year. I scheduled my first consult with Dr. Michaels yesterday, so we will see him on the 16th and see what he lays out for me.
Time since surgery: 10 Months
B: Double Scoop Unjury Shake
S: Steak, Mushroom and Cheese Omelet
L: Items from Salad Bar
D: Eating out and not sure where yet, but probably somewhere I can scrounge up a hamburger patty

Oh boots! YES! I never wore boots when I was MO, and now that Fall is here I will wear them all the time. I used to look at all the slim girls and think how much I wanted to wear all the fashion boots too.
That's exciting about PS consult with Dr Michael's, I know DCGirl (Emily) and NYMom222 (Cynthia) loved him and speak very highly of him!
QOTD: I have the same items as daisy for the most part: Button down shirts, belts, and nylons. I do wear skirts and dresses even at 200+ lbs though. I still tried to wear tights but recently they were just too hard to find in my size as well. Forget button down shirts, unless they're the huge, matronly kind, which i didnt liek at all.

Oh I hear you on the huge matronly shirts that they make for MO woman, its sad, cuz big woman want to look beautiful too, not old and frumpy!!
GREAT menu!!! Awesome numbers!! And just wanted to make a note that I see you cut the fat off your brisket. If you cut it off because you don't like fat then no problem, I personally can't stand fat on my meat (but that is a story for another day LOL), or if you cut the fat off due to "not eating fat" well just so you know fat is what keeps us post RNYers "regular." When I did AMAW and I was eating a ton of bacon I had no problems going to the bathroom. I have to eat some fat daily to help go to the bathroom and I usually use butter but I still have to have Miralax daily. Not sure at 7 weeks if your pouch will be okay with the fat, try some at home but as you get farther along you will need good "fat" in your diet (butter, fat on steak, nuts, avocado).
Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the tip! I'll remeber that for next time. It depends on the fat for me but I admittedly do love bbq brisket fat, lol.

Great menu...sounds yummy. Do you like the Syntrax Strawberry Kiwi? I am loving the fuzzy navel and love that it actually tastes good in water. Sometimes I do mix it with plain kefir, vanilla extract, sweetener and ice and it tastes like an orange julius.... if you know what that is
