What's on your Menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
At our new house we seem to have some leaves but a TON of pine needles!
QOTD: My husband was dead set against me having surgery. He is is very much of the no meds, no surgery etc type person. He had a colonoscopy Monday and did it completely med free. He is crazy with it sometimes though....like saying my friend who is bi-polar should just work out more instead of taking meds.....ummmm ok dude! ugh But once I got it through his head that I was DOING IT, no matter what, MY body, MY decision, he got a little better with it. He has NEVER had a weight problem, and doesn't understand why people binge eat, or overeat....so sometimes its hard. But he tries, and that is all I can ask

Good morning.
We probably have 100 trees in our yard. Fortunately my husband has a good rider mower that sucks them up. He has done this about 4 times so far, but there will be many, many more times before he is done for the season.
QOTD
My husband was terrified when I told him I was considering the surgery. He knew because of my medical history that it would be open surgery with a long healing process. He eventually warmed up to it because he knew it was important to me. This was my 4th open surgery and my poor husband has had to see and do things for me that no husband should ever have to go through. Thank God he is not squeemish. He never complains about any of it. I am a very lucky girl!
