I started packing our camper last night- I was just so excited I couldn't stand it!

Do you find you pack too many meals? I'm debating packing one extra meal just in case (turkey sloppy joes), and I'm bringing ribs to make on Friday. Trying to balance this because we will probably eat out thursday on the way up and maybe Friday and coming back sunday. saturday they are providing chili cookout. wrst case I can pack it back up in cooler with ice and bring home.
