Feeling frustrated

One more thing - I talked to my dietician yesterday about the trouble with getting enough food and especially protein in every day. I need to get going early enough that I can fit it all in. I have no desire to eat, and especially in the evening. She suggested that I might want to start out early with a big hit of protein. Yesterday I had a protein shake (30 grams) at breakfast, a yogurt with protein powder (40 grams) at lunch, and then a Mexican salad with pork and steak for dinner (15 grams). Got my protein to 85 grams, which is unusual. I felt pretty good this morning. But boy was I full ;)
