What's on your Menu Today (Tuesday) RNYers?
I never drank it! I didn't need a snack, so I just left it. I have it back on my list for today... we'll see. I've been eating more dense protein (since I'm doing so much better with that), and just not as hungry at the moment.

Have you been pooping? That or lots of salt? Maybe get a new scale. Because f* that! No way you gained that much.

As frustrating as it is with the scale you know realistically that you can't gain 6 pounds in one day! Your menu is so clean and on point that it must be water weight. I know this is easy for me to say, but don't sweat it, I bet you drop it all off and then some more weight in the next few days, if not already. I think our bodies do stop when they are ready and following the "rules" only helps!
