What's on your Menu Today (Tuesday) RNYers?
hey yall
day 2 of operation clean the fridge. the leftover rotis chicken went well for dinner last night and this carrot squash slaw from who;e foods with zuchhini. DH had sweet potatoes with pecans and butter and taters. Today will be more leftovers for us. Only a few more days until our camping trip so i suppose today is my wednesday/thurs since I'm 1/2 day on thurs and off friday. started packing last night and getting things together. so excited to get away. funny thing though- just as any other trip, i get out our suitcase and start packing. My DH said, you know we don't need the suitcase right, just go put your stuff in the camper drawers! DUH! I was having a blonde moment!
QOTD: yes, i believe you should go under goal weight, if you are able. I've noticed there are a lot of people in my support group that don't even make it to goal so I'm pretty determined to get under my goal weight. I think I will lose as much as I can then think about maintenance. Our center was happy with me at 170 and I would NOT want to have stopped there!!
B: wendy grilled chicken filet (yes it was in fridge)/cashew milk/decaf
S: more decaf/cashew milk/CM milk/some snack
L: more leftovers/ i think it will be egg whites and meat together in the pan
S: some fridge food
d: more fridge food
S: CM yogurt i think
I might go running tonight but I might not. We will see...

The carrot squash slaw sounds yummy! We have Whole Foods here in Canada, there is one that is about a half hour walk from my work I could go on my lunch and check it out! Remind me where you are going camping? And you are using your new (new to you) trailer you two fixed up right? That sounds like so much fun. That makes me sad that there are people in your support group who never even made it to goal. Enjoy all the leftovers! LOL

Good morning menu gang!!! It's warm here this morning and suppose to be warm again today!
So this morning the scale is NOT my friend! I am up to 181???? I haven't ate anything I'm not suppose to, I have measured everything and logged it! I am guessing this is water weight. Not sure how I could gain six real pounds in one day considering my menu.
QOTD- After reading all of the forums I think whatever my goal weight is I am going ten below. My doctor says my body will stop when it's done but this way I'm covered.

S- 1/2 boiled egg with 1/2 tsp mayo

Threaten to replace your scale and see if that doesn't kick it in gear! 6 lbs overnight is crazy! Hope tomorrow is better!
