5 months down this road!
You have done an amazing job my Dear! It truly is such an exciting journey that still teaches me new things about myself. Thanks for sharing your journey and your successes with us older folks. Seeing your excitement reminds those of us who no longer see the scale move just how exciting that Is! Congratulations!
I'm not a fan of yogurt... it's a texture thing... so if I don't have to eat it (pre-op diet and post-op), then I most likely won't. I still haven't tried the apple! I never needed it yesterday! LOL

So fuzzy navel with greek plain yogurt... tastes mostly like very peachy flavored yogurt but with way more protein. Took a while to get it mixed in but it disappeared completely and my white yogurt is now a beautiful peachy yellow ;).
Okay, so an entire bag of fuzzy navel was a bit overwhelming in flavor... I don't know if I have ever had anything so peachy in my life. Maybe a half bag, and preserve the rest for something else. With the 6 ounces of greek yogurt, and the 23 grams of nectar, it was a 40-gram lunch. Boy, was THAT hard going down.
