All I can say is that this means we have shelled out tons already to hit family and individual max out of pocket.  It is super exciting that I can do it cheap but WOW yeah I've never hit those maxes before.  They always seemed so high that no one would ever get there. Lucky me? :)

Still....stoked! Will keep you all posted.

Hi all.  Happy to see today's topic, Daisy.  Right now I don't have any bad habits returning, but I'm in a really bad place mentally.  I don't view my lifestyle now as on a "diet" but for lack of a better phrase, I have diet fatigue.  I'm so tired of thinking about food, planning my food, tracking my food, eating the same thing day in and day out.  I'm tired of having to decide if I'm going to have the sliced roast beef or the sliced turkey for breakfast.  Every.Single.Day.  I'm also in a bit of a panic over regain.  I want to have ONE DAY where I just eat . . . where I'm not concerned about macros and protein counts, etc.  I told Nikki yesterday that I'd kill for a taco!!!!  I want to feel "normal" even if just for 1 day.  This is the first time in 2+ years that I've felt this way and it's difficult for me to process.  Also, I'm petrified about regain.  Since my conversion, I haven't lost much actual weight, but I must have lost inches, since none (and I mean NONE) of my clothes fit me.  I told Nikki again that I was having a hard time packing this round of clothes up.  I'm the smallest I've ever been, yet convinced I'm going to gain everything back  . . . in my crazy mind, gain it all back overnight.  I'm having a hard time accepting that my size 4 jeans are too big and that I need to stop wearing them.  I spent my night last night packing bags to donate while crying.  I'm still convinced I'm going to find a way to screw this up.  Any suggestions from you lovely people out there?  How do accept myself for how I am now?  How do I tell myself that a taco won't kill me or make me wake up 100 lbs heavier?  How do I stop waking up in the middle of the night to check to make sure I still have collarbones???  I'm definitely a work in progress.

Here's my plan for the day:

B: sliced deli turkey

L: Leftover NY strip

D: Skirt Steak

S: sliced roast beef, somersaults, almonds

I haven't entered into MFP so no totals, but I'm guessing under 1000 cal and over 80g protein.

I wish I had some words for you. I think you have a good mindset as it seems to me that you still keep on track, this far out. Maybe one "normal" day is ok so long as you go back to the plan the next day? I wish I could help, but i'm only 6 weeks out. Here for you though!

I don't have any wise words of wisdom either, considering I'm only 5 months out, not yet to goal, and have no idea how to tread lightly through this maze!

But I imagine... my imaginings include an occasional taco... with corn tortillas... or even a flour one every now and then...

Maybe that's a slippery slope, but one of the things that my doctor preaches is not feeling deprived.

There are far too many skinny people out there eating that yearly funnel cake, having a bottle of wine, or eating that taco. Surely there's a careful balance we can find?

But, with your dreams, this is a pretty serious thing that must bother you a lot. Maybe a little counseling?
