Afternoon folks! First opportunity I've had today to drop in. Did my run first thing, then got a wild hair to weed the front flower bed.Made breakfast for the kiddos, then dressed and went to an open house for a high school. If I would have realized how much walking there was going to be at the open house-- I would have skipped the weeding. Mid-way through the tour I started feeling overheated and sweaty. I knew they had refreshments so I didn't bring my water-- it just took longer than I thought to get to them. Kudos to me to passing up the delicious smelling donuts they were making right in front of you-- but desperation to feel better led me to eat a 1/2 pretzel.
All that was my agenda for the day-- rest of the day looks pretty easy-- just laundry and groceries. Oh- I bought a nutribullet yesterday and makings for a 'green' smoothie-- we'll see how that goes. .

M2: 1/2 pretzel, insides of a 1/2 of a veggie wrap & some potato chips (open house offerings)
M3: 1oz cheese/1oz cashews/SF Jello
M4: Just took out drumsticks-- hopefully they'll defrost so I can bake them

Sorry I've been missing. My phone and internet hasn't been working since Tuesday. Yesterday I went and got a new phone and different service.

My menu yesterday was kind of wonky, but I think I did okay for the most part. I didn't stress eat though, so..yay!
Our day didn't go well at all. First we got lost...twice...lol. Once we finally got to the mountains and went for a quick hike, I was almost knocked down by some idiotic teen-ager hauling ass down the very steep mountain trail we were walking down. ( we were all descending). Boy did I have some choice words for him. ( His parents were no where to be found ). We finally got into Cherokee. Then I get a phone call from my daughter telling me that she was involved in a minor car accident. I spent some time trying to parent by phone and calm her down and help her through the steps. ( she was not at fault, thank goodness.) To cap off a crappy afternoon, wr were then in a minor car accident. ( hub was at fault. ) The guy we hit thought it would be a good idea to try to intimidate my husband. I could not dial 911 quickly enough. At least the Styx concert was awesome.
Yesterday:
B: just coffe with Splenda and half and half. It didn't sit well with me so I pitched it. It wasn't my normal brand, and I made it extra super leaded...wah. I hated throwing it out.
L: had the guts of an Arby's smokehouse sandwich-brisket, cheese, and was a bad girl and had the fried onions that came on it.
D: Chicken Caesar Salad
S: moon cheese on the way home.
Oh...haha...and I did have two small rum and coke zeros late, late last night after we got home.
I still haven't logged anything.
Today's menu:
B: coffee ( normal stuff ) with Splenda and cream
L: pepperoni, cheese, and muenster cheese roll ups
Today I'll be at an end-of-warm-weather cookout that my best friend holds every fall. Dinner will be grilled meat of some sort.

Good afternoon! Late posting for me today since hubby and I went for a walk this morning after I got home from the gym and then we've been running errands since then.
Menu- B: latte and shake, L: albacore tuna melt on 1/2 a flatout with shredded cheddar, carrots, pork rinds and SF jello, S: latte, carbmaster yogurt and buddig meat pack, D: TBD we put a pork roast in the crock pot this morning but it doesn't really sound all that yummy right now but we'll see, I may have an egg and sausage instead. Exercise done and Water/vits on track. Hope everyone is having a great day.
