hay yall late post for me!!
QOTD: Yesterday went I went into work to see coworkers that I had not seen in about 4 months. Someone told me that I looked like I was part of a jcrew ad! i was wearing jeans, brown sandals, a long sleeved blue and white stripe rL button up, and a pink jcrew tie belt with doggies all over it and a beaded necklace. it was so nice, she also said i was an inspiration for her!
today i didn't make it to yoga- newest pup decided to twist her dewclaw nail into the wrong position and was in pain so took her. $80 later.. and no yoga... then i came home and worked around the house. we went to neighbors house for dinner and had some amazing pork and green beans and a whole foods slaw with squash, carrots, raisens and onions and nutmeg. it was actually yummy and I had a bit. for dessert there was a chocolate bourbon pecan pie with ice cream. yesI had 1 bite ONLY@@ and my CM yogurt!
Decided i would NOT do the 5k tomorrow- I'm only 1 month out of surgery and feel waiting is better.
