Happy Friday to everyone!
I happy to have one of those "got nothin' planned" kind of weekends. The weather should be beautiful, I'll get a little sun, maybe work in the yard while I still can, but mostly I get to be a couch potato (after exercise).
QOTD - I eat at a normal pace, which is sadly too fast for post WLS. I am always having to remind myself to slow down, take smaller bites. It's a struggle.
Today's pics are from a 5K I did with my company last weekend for one of our largest clients. It was a real blast - GO TEAM NICO! We raised over $40,000 for programs to help the elderly in Hospice.
20 months since RNY - Weight holding steady at 15 pounds below goal.

D - left over Yellow Fin Tuna & tomato/onion salad w/sugar free balsamic dresssing
S - 10 Almonds, Pistachio Thins (maybe)
E - walk 4.6 miles
