What's on your Menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?
Last week I was feeling down because I am still fitting the same clothes and feel like the weightloss is slow. A few people have asked if I have lost a couple of pounds . A couple, lol. I did a side by side pre-op and post-op about 21/2 months out. I can tell! I think people are crazy lol. No, they probably are afraid to say anything because they think I will gain it back.
Definitely see a difference. Looking good!

So glad I made it through this week alive. My retail therapy good feeling was short lived and was replaced by chocolate yesterday. Just too much to deal with. However still better than the old days. Hoping to get through today with minimal harm and move on to a new week.
QOTD: I am the worst fast eater. I try to slow and think about it, but I just go on auto-pilot to eat as quick as I can before the kids need a million things. My whole family are fast eaters too. Not sure this will ever be broken. I also like to get up and start moving as soon as I'm done eating to make my 30 minutes go back faster.

We have company for the weekend, I am excited, we lived in New Hampshire while our daughter was growing up, he best friend back then had a real hard life in her home, her Mom and stepdad were alcoholics so she cam and lived with us, well she is grown now and has a sweet daughter of her own and they are coming for the weekend. Can't wait to see them, she was like a daughter to us!
I was a very fast eater prior to surgery and it is a real job at trying to eat slow now, I think I have learned my lesson because twice this week I had bad cases of the slimies after what I figure I might have eaten to fast! I am new so I eat by the clock, I never feel hungry I never feel full, I weigh it out and try to eat everything I weigh out but 9 times out of 10 I get the feeling that I have had enough,it's not that I feel full I just don't feel like any more I guess.
