What's on the Menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Yesterday and today have been rough for me, I am letting stress get to me, and eating my feelings. I will just say that being a parent can really suck sometimes......
Menu went to **** early on this morning, but I am trying to rein it in now.
I used to drink a glass (or 3) of wine after work, before dinner... and munch on chips and dip... I bet I ate/drank more calories during that 2 hour time than I do now!
It's a hard time of the day for me still, but I've done great thus far (hoping to keep that up forever!)

Me too, hands down! That is when I make the poorest food decisions in my life! I swear the minute I walk in the door it go to zombie mode and go straight to the kitchen and will eat anything in site. Yesterday I did exactly that and there we some left over fried chicken strips in the fridge from my husband. I thought oh cool, 1 chicken strip is the perfect size for me. Ugh, I fought with myself and put it back. Whew! I gave myself a pat on the back after that one lol.
