Yesterday and today have been rough for me, I am letting stress get to me, and eating my feelings.    I will just say that being a parent can really suck sometimes......

Menu went to **** early on this morning, but I am trying to rein it in now.

reset.  Also, I'm around today if you need to vent.  As much as we have to make sure our kids are good, please make sure to take care of yourself too.  You'll be better prepared to deal with/help them.  Love ya, girl!

This was me last night- I stress ate because of work nonsense. After work, before dinner is the single hardest time of the day for me.

I used to drink a glass (or 3) of wine after work, before dinner... and munch on chips and dip... I bet I ate/drank more calories during that 2 hour time than I do now!

It's a hard time of the day for me still, but I've done great thus far (hoping to keep that up forever!)

I always thought eating chips and dip with wine after work was better than eating dinner hahahah! So stupid of me!

Me too, hands down! That is when I make the poorest food decisions in my life! I swear the minute I walk in the door it go to zombie mode and go straight to the kitchen and will eat anything in site. Yesterday I did exactly that and there we some left over fried chicken strips in the fridge from my husband. I thought oh cool, 1 chicken strip is the perfect size for me. Ugh, I fought with myself and put it back. Whew! I gave myself a pat on the back after that one lol.
