Did she do the right thing?
Went today to get an ultrasound of my stomach and a chest xray. So during the ultrasound she concentrated on my gallbladder and liver not my stomach?? I'm confused. They said stomach ultrasound but she didn't do it?? Help me in understanding, please. I feel like now I'll end up having to go back and have them do the stomach. Or am I wrong?
Can you please provide some context? It sounds as if your doctor ordered an abdominal ultrasound. Is this for pre-surgery clearance, or are you having some symptoms that need further investigation?

I am highly confident the tech checked your stomach as part of the abdominal ultrasound. You are all good.

I had an abdominal ultrasound one day post-op when my surgeon thought he saw a shadow on my liver. They focused on one side, but the ultrasound showed everything... interesting what angles they use to see things ;)
