Thanks my friend! I will take your virtual chicken soup & blanket!!! Thanks!! My nose is raw again from blowing it so much today, will the mucus ever stop!! I look like Rudolph with my red nose, UGH!
Oh man, I remember you telling us about losing your friend that you spent all your holidays with, I am so sorry. What a tragedy. Can always melt old and new traditions together with Grim and your parents. I love traditions and think keeping them up and making a newer version of them is perfect!
You need to block your calendar and have a meeting free day for a change, is that even possible?
Enjoy your Teriyaki on a stick!!

Puree's stage, fun times right! It will be over before you know it!
WOW you travel 7 hours? That's crazy. Make sure you bring lots of protein forward snacks for that drive!
Good menu, keep up the great work and please come here daily and join us!
I'm late to the party today (I'm just going to pretend like I haven't been MIA for weeks)! But better late than never, right?
1 one month from today, right at this time, I will be walking down the aisle at my wedding - wow! I can not even believe that the day is almost here. With my move finally complete, I'm really getting excited about the big day.
That being said, gosh darnit, I need to get my head in the WLS game so I can feel and look my best.
QOTD: Damn, what AM I going to be doing for Thanksgiving this year? I just don't know. We've typically been with my mom's family for the holiday and it normally at least somewhat potluck - the host makes the turkey, but the rest of us bring things to share. This year I'm not sure how the Fella and I will split things up. As for the food - I typically do allow myself to indulge a little in the things I don't normally have like mashed potatoes, corn, and filling - though I do keep it turkey first!

Wedding countdown: 31 days!
I've been struggling to figure out how to incorporate the gym into my new routine - with the gym being further way and the Fella's schedule to take into account, it's been an adjustment, but I need to find a way! Tomorrow morning I'm going to try going to a 6am class and showering/getting ready for work AT the gym - something I've never done, we'll see.

I am happy to give you a "month away from my wedding pass" so its all good Anny!
So how is living with the Fella? Figured out each other's quirks yet? Taken over the clothes closets yet? Got a routine down yet?
I am sooooo excited for you, one month!! YIPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the idea of the host makes the turkey and everyone else brings food, I think that is perfect. You can always do both families just different weekends.
I would love to be able to work out it the morning but I have to be at work at 7am, I have an hour commute so I would have to be up at 4am to work out, and that's not going to happen (Emiepie don't know how you do it girl!). So for me & hubby we go together after work. Well now that baseball season is done we will start to go together. So you could go together or if your Fella is not a gym guy then just consider it like a late meeting, I have the gym at these days at these times and that's where I will be if you want to be together! When hubby and I go together I run on the treadmill, he does the stationary bike. Then when we are both done our cardio we do weights together. Let us know how the AM workout goes!!
YAY 31 days!!!!!
Hi Everyone,
I'm here, I'm alive, barely- but, I think I'm going to make it. My work has been so insanely busy that there's no time for silly mental breakdowns. I've been working 10 hours a day and my to-do list just keeps growing. What isn't growing is my pants size, a bad breakup, gallbladder surgery and RNY created a perfect weight loss storm, or so it seems. I'm down almost 130 pounds and I'm wearing Levi's that are a size 10, which has never happened to me before. I probably want to lose another 30 or so, but the loose skin now is horrendous, I look like some kind of melty creature. I'm going to make a plastic surgeon very happy. I'm being whisked off to Los Angeles (again) tomorrow by a friend of mine, he's letting me take refuge at his place to clear my head and get out of here for a while - I'll take some pictures there.
QOTD: the holidays? Normally, I cook the whole thing, it was a big deal to my ex, we had very specific traditions I had to follow every year. I'm not even ready to think about it yet. I haven't had one post RNY, so I have no idea how I'll handle. This year, I will probably fly to LA again and spend it there.
B: Hard boiled egg
L: Hamburger patty
D: No idea yet, I'm taking my old aunt out to dinner, who came to help me through all the drama.
