Okay, so I think I mentioned my hubby started the DDPYoga Dvd workouts. Well, I thought I would give it a whirl and let me just tell you ladies and gents that I once again am grateful for my standing desks cause MY THIGHS HURT SO BAD (I am sure it would be a comedy show to watch me get up/down from the toilet)....sorry for the tmi.

D: Buddig black forest ham, fresh mozzarella cheese "smile" pack (thanks for the heads up Elizabeth!), carrots and SF pudding with cool-whip
E: 6 miles this morning and elliptical at lunch
