What's on your Saturday menu, RNYers?
Guys see wood grain.
My machine is Lello 4070 Gelato Junior. I don't think they make it anymore.
You want one with its own compressor, so you don't need to freeze a ring of ice each time you make ice cream.
My recipe is 8 ounces skim milk, one scoop BSN Syntra-6 Vanilla powder and 1/4 cup of sugar free Cool Whip. Add sugar free syrups for different flavors. Use chocolate protein powder for chocolate ice cream.
For lemon sorbet, I cook 1/2 cup of Whey Low sweetener with one cup of water, boil to a syrup, add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and four cups cold water and freeze in machine.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I keep eyeing the ones with the compressor. Have them in my Amazon cart... LOL. I have a Cuisinart but don't have room in the freezer for the bowls...

Oooh I got into a bag of supposedly low carb cheese puffs yesterday. AND two sugar free pecan caramel turtles. Was not a good move. So much for ****tail parties. I stayed under 700 calories but felt terrible all evening. There is the old eating pattern coming back to remind me the game is not yet won...
Salmon Chowder sounds yummy... Oh and BTW- you are way too early to have low carb cheese puffs and SF candy in the house. get them out! As you said -the game is not won- we are not cured.... Better to have another protein drink or more salmon chowder than to dive into that stuff.

Yup. Cheese puffs and sf turtles out. Salmon chowder was pretty good... except that luckily I made the recipe in MyFitnessPal first and realized how many calories were in it BEFORE I added the cream ;) and it was just fine without.
QOTD: we have a glass shower door, so I actually don't have a shower curtain. My son's, however, was the guest bathroom for years, and its green with a brown silhouette of flowers.
Oooh a wedding. I wonder how i'd handle attending one of those now.
Menu:
B: Brocolli Cheddar Egg cup - last one, i'm switching this up tomorrow
S: Chocolate Premiere Protien
S: Unjury unflavored with Almond Coconut Milk (I bought the wrong one as its not one of my surgeon's plan's approved milks and meant to get almondmilk, so i may throw it out), PB2 Chocolate, and Torani SF Salted Caramel Syrup
L: Rotisserie Chicken Dark meat 1.5 ounces, 1/2 cup romaine lettuce (wish me luck, this is my first attempt at salad/raw veggies) and 1 T Balsamic Vinagrette

Good morning! Late post for me today but after the gym and my morning coffee we had to run some errands and I chose to leave my phone at home so I wouldn't be distracted and could enjoy some purposeful conversation with my hubby(mental note:I need to do this more.) Right now we are headed to another little city about 45 mins from us because a coworker told my hubby about an old hot dog place that he wants to try plus the little drive is nice.
I am trying to rein in some snacking habits that have krept in recently (typically after dinner/before bed). I am trying to remind myself that I want to feel my best in my next half marathon I have at the beginning of November.
Menu for today: B-latte and shake L- TBD as I don't care for hot dogs much anymore but I packed protein forward items in my lunch bag in case I don't find anything else I want where we are going S- yogurt, Buddig meat and pork rinds D- Albacore tuna melt and zucchini chocolate cake. Run done this morning and I did the DDPYOGA wake up disc that my hubby has. Water and vits on track.
I hope everyone has a great day.
ETA: QOTD: I didn't see the ghosts at first but could when I looked for them. Ours is Coca-Cola themed (our whole bathroom is).
