These are the Organic Protein shakes. I tried the premade coffee one and it's pretty gross. But I added real coffee and ice and put it in the nutribullet and it's okay. But I almost never like premade shakes, so I'm not a good judge of flavor. Later I'll try the powder. We have SO MUCH.

Good Morning Everyone!

QOTD:  I can kind of see the screaming ghosts.  My shower is a built in stall type shower, so the door is plexi-glass.

My menu for today:

B:  Crepe w/ fresh peach, cream cheese, cool whip lite

L:  Lettuce, spinach, chicken, tomato, cheese, cranberries, low cal dressing

D:  taco meat w/ 1/2 flour tortilla shell

S:  Oiko's Triple Zero coconut Greek yogurt

S:  Moon cheese

Exercise:  Walking the dogs around the subdivision.

Morning weekend crew.  I'm tired today.  I worked my first full day yesterday, and honestly, I had a blast.  I love working retail and staying busy.  It was moonlight madness yesterday and boy there were a lot of people lined up at the store.  and MAN, there were a lot of people spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on fabric.  We are encouraged to chit chat with the customers, to ask them what they are making, and that kind of thing.  I love it, I love talking crafts with people, I love being out in public.  I smile at everyone, I'm upbeat and outgoing.  I swear, I don't even feel like the same person that I was just a year ago.  

I work again today from 2 to 9:30, so I'll get home about 9:45 or 10.  I have tomorrow off, and I'm doing a walk in memory of my cousin Casey Dohany who committed suicide in 2015.  

I don't have time to go grocery shopping today, since I have to work and I'm moving slowly this morning, so hubby is going after I'm gone out.  I'll have to make a list, because I'm seriously low on foods that I can eat.  I'm currently defrosting some frozen chicken so I can cook it up for lunch and dinner tonight.  

QOTD: I can kinda see screaming ghosts, but when I asked Kal what he saw, he said pretty flowers.  Then I asked him if he saw scary ghosts, he said "Oh no, scary ghosts! RUN AWAY!" He's so silly.  My shower curtain is brown and white with pale blue flowers embroidered on it.  

my plan for the day is incomplete, since I'll likely have to throw a bunch of mismatched foods together until the grocery shopping is completed.

breakfast is eggs, turkey sausage and cheese.  Coffee with sugar free coffeemate.

lunch will be boneless chicken breast on a romaine salad with low cal salad dressing

Dinner is chicken breast SOMETHING.  I am not sure if I'll do another salad or maybe make chicken salad.  I'm out of flat out wraps and tomatoes, so I can't make my favorite.  I'll come up with something healthy.  

JB, I hope you and Grim have a fantastic time at the wedding.  I swear, I'm just waiting for the day that someone I know gets married so I can dress up now that I'm small.  I'm going to look awesome!

I'm glad you are enjoying the job Deanna! It's sounds like just the pace you needed to find your mojo. 

Hubby and I were supposed to attend a wedding next weekend- I was secretly excited to dress up being "small" now. I asked hubby to check since we got a save the date card months ago but never got an invitation. They downsized and their guest list and we're off. While I get weddings are expensive-- I thought that was tacky. At least invite us to the ceremony..

Good Morning!!

Lower tummy not feeling well this am, can't even think about food right now. Sipping on a cup of coffee.

Today marks 1 month postop, down 19 lbs!!! Still have plenty of really soft foods on hand, think I'll stick to that today.

I like your shower curtain, looking at the big picture, but I do see what you are seeing!!  This is my shower curtain in our uncompleted bathroom rehab.  Total gut job started in April!!!!!!! Still not done!!!!!!

Still needs some ironing, the stripes match the wall color.  Will iron when the bathroom is DONE!!!
