Could this be egg, walking or just a coincidence?
I've never been a huge egg fan so I guess it's no biggie. I just wanted to try it since they suggested it but I've been there and done that so I'm go for awhile. Only time I've thrown up was in the hospital when they gave me a chewable probiotic but failed to tell me it was chewable and I swallowed it.

I was only allowed to have poached or soft boiled eggs in the beginning. I always add water to scrambled eggs- but putting more isn't going to make them soft... need to cook them slow and in a small pan. And no need to scramble them constantly. Low and slow.

Eggs have not set well with me... with the one exception of poached eggs. They are heavy, but sit fine with me. One egg is still almost too much. I used to love scrambled wggs with milk... maybe again some day.
