Good Morning all and welcome to Photo Friday!  Post 'em if ya got 'em.  I'm just going to put this out there; I'm having a ****ty day already and it just looks like it's going to get worse, so forgive me if this is short and "sweet".  LOL  Feel free to throw out a QOTD.

Time since surgery:  2 years, 2 months

B:  Light & Fit Greek caramel apple pie

S:  turkey pepperoni and a LC wedge on 34 Degree cracked pepper crackers

L:  taco meat with cheddar cheese and salsa over some salad greens

D:  quick car meal of deli turkey/string cheese rollups on the way to job #2

S:  if I'm still feeling snacky when I get home, I'll have some salt & pepper pork rinds and ricotta

TOTALS:  Cals:  857  Protein:  83  Carbs:  28  Fat:  45

My day is going so so. No pic today. 

Hating my scale first week of training for my 5K is going ok, but hate th first few days of exercising as my scale just goes up and up. I know it will come back down, but man it's hard to watch, when you are busting your butt.

No thoughts on QOTD, as I feel like my brain is already fired for the day.

Hey, where is everyone? I thought I was so late... Ok, I woke up to FB reminding me that 7 years ago today, I had my lapband placed. Wowzers--how has it been so long!? Even though that turned out to be a miserable tool, I'm still grateful.

I'm looking forward to the 3 day wknd. We have a wedding to go to, apples to pick, and relaxing to do!

Morning everyone!

sorry to hear you're having a rough go of it.

its thanksgiving here in Canada this weekend. I'll be hosting a bit, but mostly we'll be out with other family members. I'm kinda finding that easier food wise, as I don't have to keep the things I'm trying to avoid on hand!

and we have a hike and a horseshoe tournament planned so that's fun!

menu:

B protein shake

L cheese hummus, a half can of the clover leaf flavour tuna.

D not sure if our company will arrive before or after dinner...

S protein shake to make up the difference 

Calories under 500, protein at least 60.
